For the safety of all pet guests, pets must have updated vaccinations including Rabies, DHPPi (7-in-1), and Kennel Cough (Bordetella). Please carry your vaccination booklet or WhatsApp it to us prior to check-in.
All pets undergo a thorough coat inspection upon arrival. Pets must be on active tick/flea spot-on treatment or oral prevention. If ticks are detected, a compulsory anti-tick bath will be administered at check-in.
We recommend bringing your pet's regular kibble/diet preferences, any ongoing medications with instructions, and their favorite blanket or toy for scent familiarity. We provide cozy orthopedic beds and stainless steel bowls!
